Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at sunwellbeingsales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back and refund any shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
